FEMAX B2B Platform - Digital Sales Support for Professionals - Stock Exchange

B2B sales in the plumbing, heating, and sanitation industry require more than a standard online store. Business partners expect quick access to products, convenient ordering, transparent sales documents, and tools that facilitate daily collaboration with wholesalers.

For FEMAX, the key was to create a solution that met the needs of professionals: installers, contractors, architects, interior designers, wholesalers, and business customers. The B2B platform was intended to streamline the purchasing process, facilitate access to the offer, and transfer some sales activities to a convenient online environment.

FEMAX is a Polish company operating in the bathroom, heating, plumbing, ventilation, and kitchen equipment industries. The brand has been operating for over 30 years and is expanding its sales both in brick-and-mortar locations and online.

The company has an extensive network of branches in northern Poland, offers products from renowned Polish and international manufacturers, and develops its own product brands. FEMAX serves both retail customers and professionals—installers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and business partners.

An important element of the company's activity is also its membership in the Instal-Konsorcjum Group, which strengthens its position in the plumbing, heating and installation technology industry.

Due to the extensive product offering, an important element of the brand's online presence was the creation of an online catalog that supports B2B customers in quickly checking offers, browsing categories, and finding products needed in their daily work.

Due to the wide range of products, an important element of the brand's online presence was the creation of an online catalog that allows users to quickly familiarize themselves with the offer and find the products they need.

Heating, installation and sanitary technology, bathroom equipment, ventilation, heat recovery, kitchens, B2B distribution, sales to installers, contractors, architects and interior designers.

Our task was to design and implement a B2B platform that supports FEMAX's daily collaboration with its business partners. The project involved creating a closed purchasing environment accessible to registered customers, where users could conveniently browse the offer, place orders, and manage key information related to business relationships.

As part of the implementation, we focused on preparing a solution tailored to the specific needs of the installation and plumbing industry, where quick access to products, efficient order processing, the convenience of working with a large assortment, and transparency of the purchasing process are key.

The project's goal was to streamline B2B sales and create a digital channel for FEMAX partners. The platform was intended to reduce the need to conduct some orders solely by phone or email, while also providing customers with constant access to the offer and key purchasing features.

The most important assumptions of the project included:

  • facilitating order placement by business customers,
  • creating a convenient zone for registered partners,
  • organizing the purchasing process,
  • ensuring access to commercial documents and
  • order history,
increasing customer independence in handling purchases,
  • relieving the sales department of repetitive activities,
  • preparing a platform adapted to a large scale of the product range.

The project uses solutions supporting the presentation of the B2B product catalog:

  • CMS IdoSell,
  • online B2B product catalog,
  • structure of categories and subcategories,
  • product subpages,
  • category subpages,
  • responsive solutions,
  • analytical tools,
  • content management system,
  • tools supporting the organization and publication of product data.

The FEMAX B2B platform, available to registered users, was created. The solution was designed for customers who regularly engage with FEMAX and require quick, organized access to its offerings and tools to support their daily purchasing processes.

From the platform, partners can access features such as customer accounts, sales documents, favorite products, and orders. This makes the purchasing process more transparent, and customers can manage some activities independently without having to contact the sales department every time.

The platform has been designed as a closed zone for business clients, which allows for better tailoring of communication, offers and service to the needs of professionals operating in the installation, heating, plumbing and design industries.

Implementing a B2B platform allowed FEMAX to move a significant portion of its partner service to an online channel. Customers gained a convenient tool for placing orders and managing collaboration, and the company received a solution that supports scaling B2B sales.

The most important effects of the project:

  • creating a dedicated purchasing platform for business partners,
  • streamlining the ordering process,
  • increasing the availability of the offer for B2B customers,
  • organizing document handling and purchase history,
  • more convenient work with a large product catalog,
  • relieving the sales team of repetitive processes,
  • strengthening the FEMAX digital sales channel.

Project completed.
