The project for Atma Bar involved creating a simple yet thoughtful business card websitewith a single goal: to build trust in a company operating at the crossroads of two countries and encourage contact. The client expected a concise and focused website, without an extensive structure, but with a strong message aimed at Poles planning a business, stay, or investment in Montenegro.
First, we organized our offerings and highlighted what sets the company apart: local knowledge, a Polish approach, and proven local contacts. Instead of multiple subpages, we designed three: the home page, "About Us," and "Contact Us." The home page answers the most important questions customers ask: who you are, how you help, and why you're worth trusting.
also paid attention to the language of benefits: instead of general slogans, we presented specific support areas, such as starting a business, a residence permit, a bank account, a safe real estate purchase, or entering Balkan markets. We complemented this with visible contact details and a form to make the decision to contact us as easy as possible.
Client
Atma Bar DOO is a company based in Bar, Montenegro, run by Poles living in the area. It supports individuals and entrepreneurs with administrative formalities, real estate acquisitions, and business development in Montenegro, as well as establishing contacts with business partners in Macedonia, Kosovo, and Albania.
The main challenge was to create a website that would clearly explain the scope of services and at the same time build a sense of security in customers making important decisions abroad. The website had to demonstrate that the company was backed by people who knew the local realities and the language and could be trusted.
industry
The international business consulting and support industry relies on trust and specific knowledge. Clients considering a business, residence, or property purchase in another country often worry about formalities, language barriers, and unfamiliarity with local authorities. They seek a partner who understands all of this and can guide them through the entire process.
In this industry, demonstrating real-world experience and a simple contact process is crucial. Users don't need a complex website, just a clear answer to the question: "Can this company handle my case?" Therefore, the website must be credible, transparent, and focused on what matters most to the client.
the role of the team
Strategy and Direction:
We determined how best to present the company: as a Polish partner with local experience, simplifying formalities and mitigating risk. Based on this, we defined the tone of communication and the website's layout.
Information Architecture:
We designed a concise structure with three subpages. We arranged the content on the homepage in a logical order: from the promise, through the company's strengths, to the invitation to contact us.
Copywriting and messaging
We have prepared texts that clearly explain the scope of support and highlight the advantages: knowledge of the realities, experience in formalities, proven contacts, individual approach and time savings.
User Experience:
We've ensured a clear layout, prominent contact buttons, and information readily available in the header. The site works well on phones, where many customers use their phones to search for information while on the go or planning a trip.
Graphic design
We created a coherent design with the company logo, icons for individual strengths, and graphics illustrating cooperation in the Balkans.
Technology and implementation
The website was created in WordPress using Elementor, which allows the client to easily edit content and expand it later.
business goals
- Building a credible image: a professional business card for a company operating in Montenegro, addressed to Polish clients.
- Clear presentation of the offer: showing what matters the company helps with: formalities, real estate, business contacts.
- Building trust: emphasizing the Polish approach, local knowledge and proven partners.
- Facilitating contact: visible data, two telephone numbers (Montenegrin and Polish), e-mail address and a form.
- Support for business contacts: encouraging companies from Poland and the Balkan region to establish cooperation.
solution
Our solution was a business card website that speaks volumes. Instead of a complex website, we designed a concise message that answers customer questions in several sections and leads them to contact us.
- A strong headline and promise: "Your road to the Balkans starts here" immediately shows what the company does.
- Advantages section with icons: six reasons to use the services: local realities, formalities, on-site contacts, individual approach, business support, security and time savings.
- Section "How can we help you?": a short summary of the scope of support for individuals and businesses.
- Simple contact: company details, opening hours, form and "Write to us" buttons in key places on the website.
