This project for AB Bechcicki, generally concerning the e-commerce department (several online stores), but specifically for the online store Renowa24.pl, was a comprehensive implementation of an e-commerce strategy for a company in the construction and renovation industry, with one of the largest online product ranges in Poland – from roof windows , through paints and plasters , to chimney systems and polystyrene . The client needed to streamline their digital activities , increase their visibility on Google , and improve the quality of their product presentation . They also needed to diversify their sales: independence from the Allegro marketplace, increase B2C store sales, and expand wholesale. Our work began with a detailed e-commerce audit and analysis of UX, category architecture, and organic visibility .
