InPost International service in IdoSell – send international parcels to parcel lockers
What?
A new service from the courier company InPost has been enabled for all stores on the IDOSELL store platform, enabling parcel delivery to selected European countries (to parcel vending machines).
Why?
This is a groundbreaking solution for IdoSell online stores looking to expand international sales and simplify delivery logistics.
Who is it for?
For IdoSell online store owners, e-entrepreneurs planning cross-border expansion, and logistics companies operating in the digital world.
Parcel locker expansion continues – sending parcels to Europe
InPost has launched a new service enabling international parcel deliveries to parcel lockers located in selected European countries. This new feature, introduced in partnership with the IdoSell platform, addresses the growing needs of e-sellers, who are increasingly seeking convenient and affordable delivery options for international customers. This option will allow customers outside of Poland to collect their orders from a convenient location, without having to wait for a courier.
Convenience and technology at the service of online stores
The service is available for every IdoSell online store and is integrated with the IdoSell dashboard. In practice, this means no manual data entry, a faster shipping process, and greater control over international shipments . The system automatically recognizes available parcel lockers and allows you to select the nearest pickup location – currently, parcel lockers are available in the UK and Ireland, among others.
What are the benefits for the digital world?
- Simplification of foreign logistics – online stores can more easily serve customers from abroad.
- Reduction of delivery costs – parcel lockers are often a cheaper alternative than courier delivery to your door.
- Higher level of automation – integration with IdoSell enables efficient and quick order processing.
- Increasing sales reach – ease of delivery may encourage customers from abroad to shop in Polish online stores.
What can online stores do now?
For online store owners using IdoSell, this is a good time to:
- Check the availability of the new feature in your administration panel,
- Configure the delivery option to foreign parcel lockers,
- Promote the new delivery method on the store's website and in mailing campaigns,
- Include a new service in your foreign expansion strategy – learn about an e-commerce strategy that can support your international growth.
What changes can this new innovation bring to the market?
The expansion of parcel locker services to international markets is consistent with the dynamic development of last-mile logistics in the digital world. For Polish retailers, this not only offers an opportunity to increase international sales but also to improve customer experience and build a competitive advantage. It can be expected that as this service becomes more popular, more companies will be willing to enter new markets thanks to its simplified delivery model.
