The project implemented for Termika IK aimed to achieve a comprehensive digital transformation, encompassing both e-commerce platform optimization and the implementation of modern marketing and educational tools. Supporting the company at every stage, our team developed an effective development strategy, implemented SEO solutions, managed engaging content, and created dedicated e-learning platforms for business partners. Thanks to our efforts, Termika IK has achieved a new level of e-commerce excellence, improving sales efficiency and expanding its presence in the HVAC industry.

Termika IK is a leading Polish heating and installation company. The company specializes in providing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation solutions, and provides comprehensive support for professionals in the construction, installation, and development industries. Based in Poland, Termika IK collaborates with leading manufacturers, offering the highest quality products and services in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry plays a key role in ensuring thermal comfort, ventilation, and air conditioning, as well as optimizing energy consumption in modern buildings. It designs and implements systems that enable effective energy management and ensure occupant comfort.

Our activities included auditing, developing an e-commerce strategy, building and optimizing the platform, and implementing marketing and sales support tools. The team worked in the following areas:

  1. Audit and Analysis: We conducted a detailed audit of the existing e-commerce platform, identified areas for improvement, and analyzed the market and customer needs of Termika IK. Based on these results, we prepared a detailed roadmap for development activities.
  2. E-commerce Strategy: We developed and implemented an e-commerce development strategy aligned with the client's business goals. This strategy included optimizing user experience, improving store performance, implementing new features, and streamlining purchasing processes.
  3. Content and Marketing Development: The team created a content plan that supported SEO and marketing efforts. We prepared and implemented articles, guides, blogs, and other content that engaged users and promoted Termika IK's offerings.
  4. SEO Optimization: We managed the Termika IK website positioning process, implementing on-site and off-site activities, as well as technical optimizations that resulted in increased search engine visibility.
  5. Support in building an e-commerce team: We helped create a dedicated e-commerce team at Termika IK, recruiting specialists and implementing an operational system based on KPIs and digital tools.
  6. Education and e-learning platform: We implemented an e-learning platform project that supported the education of business partners and installers. We also provided appropriate training support that helped ensure effective solution implementation.

  • Content creation and UX optimization tools.

A closed B2B online store was created, available exclusively to verified POL-PLUS trading partners, operating under the polplus.pl domain. The platform was built on IdoSell with custom front-end personalization and loyalty module integration. Logged-in partners can browse promotional packages prepared specifically for the event, place orders, and automatically accumulate loyalty points. Accumulated points are visible in the customer's account and can be exchanged for rewards from a separate catalog available in the store. The entire process—from placing a reward order to its logistics—is handled by the platform without the need for manual intervention from the sales department. SALESmanago supports communication with partners: notifications about points, promotions, and rewards.
